Production

BOLT PRODUCTION 

Raw materials with phosphated surfaces are shaped by cold forging methods, in a computer-controlled bolt machining set, consisting of four stations. Production process is carried out in accordance with DIN, ISO, BS, ASTM and TSE standards, along with special bolt productions of 4.6, 5.6, 5.8, 6.8, 6.9, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9 quality classes according to customer requirements. Production process starts upon initial sample control and approval by the Quality Contract Unit, and is constantly kept under supervision by intermediate controls carried out by the operators. 

MİTAŞ BOLT’s machinery park  includes three, each CNC- controlled,  cold-forging bolt makers of Nedschroef / Belgium origin, with four stations and quick-tool change capabilities, which provide a total capacity of 30.000  bolts/hour.  MİTAŞ BOLT is proud of having the only bolt maker, which is capable of producing M24 x 205 mm in cold-forging in Turkey.
