HEAT TREATMENT

With the total capacity of 1.500kg/hr, the heat treatment processes are handled through four cast link belt, continuous weight & time adjustable feeding, pre and post washer systems, atmosphere controlled and oil quenched hardening and termpering furnaces.

The continious controlling system is performed by means of hardening test of first sample and approval, which is followed by random controls of products as well as whole system.  The finished products are controlled by means of metallographic tests such as micro structure of material, hardening, depth, decarburising and crack control.
